As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic opportunities to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and build a pipeline of potential clients across target industries and verticals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and tailor our solutions to client needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively engage and convert prospects into clients
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Negotiate and close complex deals, navigating procurement processes and stakeholder requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for BrainStax
- Work autonomously to take ownership of your sales territories and be accountable for revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (HBO/WO) or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with C-suite and decision-makers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the AI and automation space
